We can offer you various types of social-sports afternoons and social-sports evenings involving a sport so old it's new - curling - a sport whose roots stretch back to the Middle Ages, and yet a sport which was only officially admitted to the family of Olympic sports in 1998 at the 18th Olympic Games in Nagano.
Our team of instructors will acquaint your guests not only with the past and present of curling, but initiate them in the mysteries of the techniques, tactics and the strategy of this intelligent game. We have many years of experience with the organisation of these events, both small (involving up to 50 people) and large (involving up to 180 guests). Curling always scores a hit with participants at these social-sports events and several companies have kept coming back for more over the last three years.
At present we can offer a completely comfortable environment in the newly built, barrier-free curling hall, which will satisfy the most demanding expectations.
Our club is unique in that it offers everyone interested in active curling the opportunity to play with the kind of equipment and outfit used by registered curlers, i.e. not simply the prescribed brushes, but special sliding kit and footwear.
A restaurant situated in the hall itself makes for a pleasant introduction, course and conclusion of the social-sports events, with traditional fare on offer as well as buffets as requested by the customer (everything can be arranged with the restaurant management sufficiently in advance).
Social-sports events have become a real hit, especially in the last two months of the year (November, December). If you want to be sure of booking the date you want, don't hesitate, call us in advance, since it is not unheard of for some companies to book their events up to a year in advance.
